We ship all orders less than 10 lbs expedited ground freight. Receive free freight (continental USA) on orders over $49 with use of code. Otherwise, orders less than 1 lb for a flat rate of $4.95 and $8.95 for orders greater than 1 lb. Delivery times may vary based on delivery zip code. Each Watercolour piece is hand painted, just for you, in colors and patterns that are always captivating and always one-of-a-kind. Due to the hand painting process, the design on each product will vary. Paint used is water-based and is safe and gentle on skin.
Whether paired with a classic staple or over a matching leotard, this hand-painted ballet skirt will add a touch of whimsy to any look. Skirt features an elastic waistband, a straight hem, and flowy hand-painted mesh fabric.
