My daughter wears a youth 4.5 what size do I need in woman’s since you don’t have 4.5 available in youth.

I think women's but photo is of man.
These can be worn by both men and women but the sizing is women's sizing. Men would need to convert their street shoe size to women's sizing and then follow the manufacturer recommended sizing in the product information. - DDS Customer Service (10/23/2018)
